Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the balcony for smoking.

Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask for consideration of the neighbors.
Parking
A free car parking space is available on the property.
Cleanliness
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Please wash dishes or put them in the dishwasher.
No Pets Allowed
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the apartment. We ask for your understanding.
Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, 20% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Short-notice cancellation / No-show
For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
No-Show
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full price (100%) will be charged.
Final Cleaning: €70.00
The final cleaning is mandatory and charged in addition to the rental price. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
